I was just around 14 or so when I first went to Japan, but when I came to the U.S., I was already over 20. So I thought about things in Korea and Japan, and became a little bit worried. Everything from the people to the surroundings would become unfamiliar once again. But after a while, all worries were gone and I just focused on working. When the U.S. debut came around, I didn’t expect a big hit; just that if I went there, I would have the chance to work with well-known producers, which would mean a boost for my career. That was my main motivation. It isn’t only my dream either; it’s the same for other artists also. We all want to at least try in the U.S. market, at least once in our careers.
